28. IFJ Regional Work Proposed: Executive Committee The 24th Congress of the IFJ, meeting in Seoul from June 11-16th 2001, having regard to the growing importance of IFJ work in the regions, noting that there is a need to create effective and efficient structures for regional representation. Congress, instructs the Executive Committee to establish a small Working Party, drawn from nominations made by member unions, with the aim of updating the IFJ Constitution. The Executive Committee shall report on the results of this work with appropriate recommendations to the next Congress.
