Hundreds of delegates from journalists unions around the world adopted a new Global Charter of Ethics for Journalists at an historic International Federation of Journalists congress.
The IFJ Congress passed more than 70 resolutions on the challenges journalists are facing nowadays, including their safety, attacks on press freedom, the independence of media and the IFJ's working programme, among others.
