International Federation of Journalists Launches Vibrant New Website

The International Federation of Journalists (IFJ) has today launched its brand new website – which will prove a great source of information for its members, affiliates and journalists across the world.  The website is modern and easy to use, making it easier for visitors to access the most up to date information on issues affecting journalists globally and in our regions. This website shows our commitment to our affiliates and our role as the global voice of journalists.” The website has lots of number of new features including:A sleek new photo slideshow which is the centerpiece of the website and will illustrate the latest statements and news updates around the globe.An interactive map where visitors can access information about work being carried out in the IFJ regions of Africa, Arab World & Middle East, Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the United States and Canada.Easy Access to info on IFJ Safety Work, with regular information and updates on work we are doing to support the safety of journalists around the world and easy access to the IFJ Safety website. Easier and improved access to the work of IFJ’s regional offices where work and news from our regions will feature regularly on our global page and the website features tabs that provide easy access to our regional pages.Multi-media tools, the website features a range of media tools that you can use to keep right up to date on issues, including Twitter, a Video section and a photo gallery.A ‘SUBSCRIBE TO IFJ’ section where you can choose the information you want to receive from us.
