INTRODUCING THE REPORSTAG-E E-LEARNING PLATFORM: www.reporstage.org

EVALUATION WORKSHOP

International Press Centre
Résidence Palace, Passage Room

New information technologies have had a major impact on the way traditional journalism is practiced. Journalists are expected to continually update their skills and competencies to keep up and adjust to this rapidly evolving environment. Not all journalists have easy access to training materials and many competent journalists are in danger of being left behind by the profession.

To address this problem the ReportStag-e project aims to provide an easy and accessible web-based training platform for journalists needing to update their skills in the use of new technologies.

The evaluation workshop invites journalists to test-run the new Reporstag-e platform and to provide instant evaluation and feed back to the project partners before finalizing the site.

Programme:
10:00 a.m.: breakfast
10:30 – 11:00 presentation of project
11:00 – 12:00 workshop / feedback session for pre-registered journalists

Participants to the workshop are invited to register*
