1/After Hutton – the fight for the BBC and PSB
Debate on the attacks on the BBC and the effects this could have on other broadcasters who are looking at the corporation as a model for developing their own PSB, especially the transitional countries.

2/The European view of PSB
Speakers from European countries (i.e. Italy and Denmark) will give their view of the difficulties they have faced with political interference, among other concerns. This session will also include interventions from members of the European parliament.
