12. Call for release of Brice Fleutiaux From the French National Union of Journalists SNJ-CGT The AGM-EFJ calls for solidarity with the French photographer, Brice Fleutiaux, detained in Chechnya for more than nine months. The EFJ demands that the European governments put pressure on the Russian authorities and the representatives of Chechnya for his immediate release. The EFJ calls upon the national unions for appropriate action in their country and on the European Commission in Brussels, to secure the freedom of Brice Fleutiaux.
