This General Meeting notes that the current practice of deciding upon the venue for
GMs on an annual basis presents logistical difficulties for potential host countries, including planning and securing sponsorship.

The GM requests the incoming Steering Committee to examine the feasibility of planning meetings on a three-year cycle, with effect from 2005.
