The "Public Broadcasting for All" Campaign is coordinated globally by the IFJ Secretariat and the PSB Committee, however the campaign is organised regionally according to the local situation.

In Europe, the campaign is active both in the European Union and in transition countries of Central and Eastern Europe. The Campaign for Central Europe has been launched in Budapest in February 2002, whereas the Campaign in the EU has on-going activities such as the Conference that took place at the European Parliament in October 2003.
