In one of the world's most dangerous regions for journalists the IFJ is working with local unions and media employers to develop a culture of safety for journalists, journalists unions and media in the region.
The project will build a core network of skilled and resourced safety trainers ready to be deployed to carry out training and advise when any security situation deteriorates
