US Court Makes Removing Photo Credit Illegal

(14.06.2011) The US Court of Appeals in Philadelphia ruled that individuals who remove credit lines attached to photographs would be considered violating copyright law.The ruling has a wider implication. Anyone who removes attribution information included in videos, newspaper clips and other copyrighted material can be considered illegal. (Read more)
