Joint Actions from the 2011 IFEX GM

IFJ, Freedom of Expression Groups Call for Action at Beirut Meeting

The IFJ, alongside more than 30 freedom of expression groups assembled at the 2011 General Meeting of the International Freedom of Expression Exchange in Beirut, Lebanon  on May 30 and 31 has called upon the governments of China,  Pakistan, the Philippines and Sri Lanka to take action to end press freedom violations in each country.
